In this lesson, you learn:

  1. In what region your "Center of Energy" is
  2. Why it's weak and imbalanced in most adults (and what causes it)
  3. How to begin the journey back to a strong center so that you can feel bold, see greater results, and reach your goals sooner.

Why do this?    If your center is off balance, most attempts at exercise and diet will not work.
