YOUR INSTRUCTIONS FOR TODAY:
- To burn more fat, do the timed, video workouts with dumbbells for greater than 15 minutes. That way you can take advantage of the Fat-Burn Stage (which kicks in after 15 min). So if you do a 19 minute workout, you get 4 minutes of fat burning. The longer you go, the more fat you burn.
