D9  Cravings

"The feelings of guilt & shame after giving-In to a craving is more damaging than you know...

Learn how to confront your cravings and become bold"

False Belief:  "I'm just naturally someone who craves sugar?"

What you'll learn:

  1. What cravings truly mean
  2. The 3 Moments when they hit hardest
  3. How to confront them head on and win

Why do this?    If you can control cravings, you can control anything.

YOUR INSTRUCTIONS FOR TODAY:

  1. Decide what you're going to do when a craving hits so as not to give in to the temptation. What I do:  1) Have a protein or electrolyte drink, 2) Eat 70% dark chocolate, 3) Have fruit.  These work perfectly for me, but find something healthy you enjoy that can act as a replacement. I sometimes even do a quick workout immediately if a craving hits. Anything to not give in. Keep in mind, I do have a "Cheat Day" every Friday night. The "Delayed Gratification" builds character in me.  It's not the eating of bad food but the giving-in to temptation that's damaging.
