D13 Hydration & Detox
"Water That flows never goes bad"
False Belief: "I just need more pills, procedures, and surgeries."
Is there a secret to youthfulness?
There are only two things I know of that keeps a person young safely and effectively, and they are: hydration and detox.
When the fluids inside your body don't move, things start going bad. Your cells and organs start dying and rotting. Yes, they actually spoil.
Things like amputations, total knee replacements, and dialysis are all polite medical ways of saying your parts are decayed.
Mold grows in the brain. Germs and bacteria over-grow, acids form, and you decay.
The only way to prevent this is by hydrating and detoxing.
You hydrate by getting your minerals, drinking fluids, squeezing your muscles, embrace stress and let go anxiety.
You detox by getting your minerals, drinking fluids, squeezing your muscles, embrace stress and let go anxiety.
(See the similarity?)
"Water that flows keeps cells alive."
That's essentially the fountain of youth formula...
- get your minerals by eating fruit, nuts, seeds
- drink fluids like water, water with himalayan salt, protein drink, electrolyte, etc.
- squeeze your muscles regularly through strength training or detox routine.
- embrace stress and let go anxiety*. Anxiety causes tension. It constricts and stagnates all flow more than anything else.
Muscle contractions (squeezes, detox routine, strength training) is what "pumps" the fluid throughout your body and releases tension. The minerals draw the fluid into cells.
Next time you don't feel like doing your exercises, think of this...
"Water that flows never goes bad."
So, in summary... the best way to look, feel and be younger is to...
1) Do Detox Routine regularly and release tension, 2) Eat more fruit, 3) Drink more water, and 4) Strength train regularly which also releases tension.
*Best way to let go of anxiety is to plugin to God.
Why do this? Strength is the new health.
