"The Calming Flow "

False Belief:  "I can't calm down."

Truth:  You can. Do the flow.

When you release tension from the body, space is created in the mind which allows for positive thoughts. It helps to shrink negativity and negative self-talk.  The Body-Based Approach to releasing tension has proven to be very effective in refreshing the mind from stress, frustration, anxiety and anger.

Instructions:

  1. Do the Calm Flow whenever you need a quick calm, or want to get your body moving, or on days you don't feel like working out but want to do something.
  2. Drink water immediately after completing the flow.
  3. BONUS: Learn how to do the Dbreath Flow below.

Why Do This?    The Calm Flow releases tension instantly whereby energizing the body and mind instantly.  Remember, it's not food that energizes the body but calm.
