What is the Boost 30day Challenge all about? And what will I need before we start?

Boost is a 30day intensive where we ignite the fire within your body! Yes, you heard that right... We rev up your metabolism, cool down inflammation, sweat out the old, and bring in the new!

Don't worry if you're a beginner. There are modifications for every move and I'll show you how to take it at your own pace.

There's no judgement or pressure from us, but I want you to challenge yourself (safely).  Because if you do, you can say goodbye to aches and pains, and hello to a fit, tight and fabulous body!

I will tell you when to be cautious but you must listen to your body and slow down if needed.

If you are intermediate or advanced in exercise, you're gonna love it. The moves will blast you into another stratosphere!  They're designed to get you straight away to a tighter, toner and terrific body.

"Will you tell us what to eat and when?"

Absolutely. In fact, here's the grocery list for you to get ready ahead of time.  I'm going to put you on track to eliminating the #1 cause of all problems inside your body, and these foods are a big part of what gets you there.

"I'm super excited. Is there anything I can do immediately to get a head start jump on this?"

Yes. I'm glad to see you're excited😀.  Here's what you can do...

  1. Get your foods using the Grocery List I provided.  
  2. Yoga Mat
  3. Two Dumbbells:  beginners use 2-5 pounders.  advanced use 10-20 pounders.
  4. Remove all junk food from your refrigerator, pantry, etc. Or, at the very least, box it up and tape it shut because this is an intensive. So for the next 30days, be strict. You're not playing around.  You got this. If you truly want the results, you must follow the process throughout.
