A Nutritious & Delicious Meal Done In 5-Minutes
I used to eat this when broke in college but still eat it today because it's so delicious (and healing).
If you prepare it the way i show you, it improves "motility" (the speed at which food moves through your digestive tract). But you have to make it the way I show you.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Can of tuna
Rice: 2 cups (ideal if refrigerated 24hrs first)
Butter: 2 tablespoons
Soy Sauce: 2-4 tablespoons
