  Why do this?  

We studied those who are successful in this journey versus those who are not (unfortunately not all get results). And we found there are 3 distinct factors that determine who will be successful and who will not. Watch...

  *Precaution:  

When doing new workout below, stop or take breaks as needed. Make it your own. Later, you can push it and go harder but not on your first session.

What You're Going To Need

Don't worry, you'll have time to get the items listed below, and you'll be able to participate even without all the items.  However, if you get all the items listed, you're sure to get the most out of this journey.

1) Dumbbells

  •  Females: use 2pounders if you're inactive and haven't done exercise the past year. 3-8 pounds if you are currently exercising regularly. 
  • Males: use 5 pounds if inactive and no exercise past year. 10-15 pounds if active and exercising regularly.

If you're coming over from one of our Metabolic Programs, make sure to use slightly heavier dumbbells for the new workouts.  It's best to have a couple of different weights available since some workouts will vary and you may want to go back and forth with different weights.  You can get dumbbells cheap on Facebook Marketplace, Walmart, or Dollar Store.

2) Miraculous Supplement

Movement = Life.  Tone & Build your muscles and increase longevity and quality of life.  Do your moves same time each day.  Pick your quiet space. Pick your music. Move!

Caution: Stop if you see black dots, feel faint, dizzy, nausea, or sharp pain.

Studies show that the more you check-in, engage and interact with the community, the better you will do in the program and get more results.

Pick a Time

Pick a time that you will do your moves each day. It's best to do your moves at the same time each day.  It adds a Compounding Effect.  You get better and faster results.  It's okay to deviate once in awhile but having a set time each day is important.  You can have a different time on different days but stick to it as much as possible.
