We start after the 21Day is over, and a small break is given.

If you can get out of bed, and go to the bathroom, on your own independently, you can do this.  There are advanced levels as well.

Today, you can secure a spot with $395 today, then just 97 per month x 11 months.  There's a 1-Pay option (for a limited time) where you pay $962 once and save $500. 

Yes. There are modules and lessons on how to stop arthritis and other types of pain.

You can cancel anytime before we start and get 100% refund. If you start and cancel within 30 days, you get full refund minus 20% for administrative fees.  You can't cancel after 30 days has gone by.

If you don't like it, let me us know and we'll work with you to make it right and get results. If you still don't like it, based on how much of the journey you've done, we can discuss a prorated amount for refund. But you must go through this process. AND you will need to sign a "Non-Utilization Agreement" in order to get a refund. You will not be allowed to use this information with your family, friends, business, clients, etc.

Yes. If you do the steps and lessons. But you have to put forth effort. Your results will be based on your efforts and yours alone. No one elses. You will get the same instruction and tools that hundreds of others have gotten and achieved results. But you must put forth effort.  It's not easy to transform or make changes to your body and health. It required dedication and hard work. If you're not ready to put forth effort, do not do this program.

You will get it in a very similar format as the 21Day. You'll get emails, video, text/sms, checklists, lessons, instructions, recipes, meal plans, workouts, training and more.
