THE AMAZING 7-Minute "Flusher" Sequence

Everytime one experiences stress, anxiety or worry, their body absorbs and accumulates negative energy. That energy can either stay inside the body or flow out.
If you don't have "coping" skills and sequences, that negative energy gets stuck inside you and accumulates. Eventually, it turns into what's called "tension."
"Tension" is clinically determined to be the root cause of many illnesses, diseases and problems. As much as 91% of Americans are known to suffer from this. It can eventually lead to high blood pressure, dysfunctional eating, inflammation, strokes, obesity, heart attacks, depression and more.
If you experience tension regulalry in the neck, shoulders, hips or back, you're already in the Stage III of the problem. It's advised to perform this Movement Sequence daily.
Otherwise, you can simply do this sequence when feeling stressed, overwhelmed, depressed or emotional.
Why do this?... If you don't remove "N-E-E-T", you'll always struggle with UN-health and UN-wanted pounds.
