"Turn Up The Burn!"

The Heavier You Breathe, The More Awesome You Become

  Why do this?...   Doing the same muscle work with slightly shorter rest periods will turn up the burn and get you breathing heavier (with a lot more toxin release).  It's key to muscle tone while burning unwanted pounds. Breathe heavier and get more magnificent in body and spirit.

*Precaution:  Stop if you feel faint, dizzy or nausea. 

INSTRUCTIONS:  

  1. Watch video, do Standing Workout3, and turn up the burn :)  (increase to heavier dumbbell weights if you can).
  2. Do Ninja Hip Thrusts
  3. Do Detox2
