WHAT YOU NEED:  1) 4-6 Quart Pot with Lid. 2) Wooden spoon to mix.

DISCLAIMER:  This food sometimes gets bad press (from ignorant sources) because it can increase blood sugar more rapidly than veggies or meat.  But what few people don't understand is you need resistant starch. And if you eat it with other foods (such as protein or fats) it doesn't spike your blood sugar.

  Why do this?...   This food is a good source of essential nutrients: thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, phosphorus, iron, and potassium.  This food is also: Cholesterol free, Sodium free, Gluten free, Non-allergenic, Nearly fat-free and, is super easy to digest.  It has 8 of the 9 essential Amino Acids for muscle toning and the best part, it's super cheap (if you buy it at the right store).
