"Do it slow, controlled and with intention & Watch Your 'Hotness Meter' turn Up!"

When you look inward (before outward) you get hot.

Choose your option today:  1) Do your workout and put a little more into it, or 2) Try progressing to the next level workout, or 3) Try this workout here below.

  Why do this?...   Progressed muscle work is key to toning and burning unwanted pounds. It's key to sexiness and results. If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you and make you magnificent.

*Precaution:  Be careful not to lose your balance during slow knee to elbows.

INSTRUCTIONS:  

  1. Do Ninja Hip Thrusts (2min)
  2. Do Detox1 or Do your workout and put a little more into it, or try a new harder workout, or do the workout in video above.
